PROCEDURES OF TEACHING
Basically, our teaching procedure starts at greetings, followed by the routine activities which the student teacher let the students to pick up those pieces of paper and then after wards, you will give a short activity to students to lead them in your topic. Also, review is very important in order to unlock their knowledge for the upcoming topics.
Next is the Presentation, wherein you introduce your topic and discuss the subtopics. After wards, you generalize it. Ask them questions about the topic from the beginning of the discussion.
Lastly, you let them do the application of the lesson and afterwards, you evaluate them. After that, give them an assignment either enrichment or advance one.
TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES
How did I manage my time?

Most of the time, especially when it comes to teaching, I manage my time through organizing my works. I exert effort and time on making my teaching plans and presentations, mostly, ahead of time, I already finished my works, But then, there are some instances that I find it hard doing some activities because of some situations that occurred along the way. After all, I can still say that everything that happened to me in Suarabaya was so succeeded.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
Managing their class would not be a hindrance for me especially I could totally say that they are disciplined to everything. The students of SMP Khadijah are very responsible and respectful that is why I do not see any problems with the classroom management. But then, of course, there were times that the noisiness of the students cannot be controlled at all, so I just give them activity for them to use their noisiness in a good way.
